On Mother's Day we had both Ella and Nate dedicated at church. I have never really understood this concept. We had Streed baptized but have not been closely affiliated with a church that practices covenant theology since then. This just seemed like the right time to present them to the Lord as well as covenant with Him to parent them in a way that honors Him and encourages them towards God and His Word. It was sweet because we were able to do this along with several of our good friends and Chip's parents were here as well.
