We had to stop by a fire station the other day. The two older kids were asleep in the truck. So, Nate got some special treatment. He got to climb in a truck and wear a real helmet.

btw... when i read 2030... i kinda forgot that it is 20 years away. i was thinking... oh my goodness i'll be old... and nate will be like 30. and then i realized... 1. I will be 44 and that's not old. 2. Nate will be 22. and 3. i need to work on math in my head.
